**The Gaylord Rockies has gone cashless! The intention is to streamline efficiencies, expand service opportunities, and broaden the guest experience at the Hotel.
All operations accept card transactions only. The Hotel has cash converters on-site where credit cards (like a gift card) can be redeemed. These are globally recognized credit cards (like Visa) so that they can be used off-property.

Applicable taxes will be added to room rates - currently 12.75% Tax and a $2 Aurora Destination Fee (Daily)
**All attendees MUST register for the conference before booking a room in the room block. Once registered, you will receive a link and special code in your RDH UOR registration confirmation email. Click the link and enter the special code in order to book your stay at the Gaylord for the discounted rate.

Deposit Information:
The hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room plus tax prior to arrival. The remaining nights’ charges are collected at check-in. If the credit card provided is not valid and chargeable in the amount of one night’s room and tax per each room reserved, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation(s).
Cancellation Information:
All reservations canceled on or after May 6, 2024 will incur a nonrefundable $45 cancellation fee. This is in addition to any hotel policies. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty per reservation. Hotel also reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if applicable
